Never know until he takes the plunge. I think Dan Campbell is slowly putting it together.

If he is interested in a HC job the fact that he's not calling plays, is never on camera, and Sean is touted as a genius is not helping.

I think those inside the business know his capabilities, but they may not include head coaching duties.
