That's exactly why I came here myself. Back then I was still working and missed out on so much Saints news. People like SmashMouth was always sharing information and kept me in the loop. Since I retired I have more and more time to sift through Twitter and other news sites and share what I find. Twitter is the greatest source of timely news ever. Back in my newspaper days I remember sitting in the news room and listening for the teletype with the UPI and AP feeds. Times have changed so much in 45 years.

To be fair, high ankle sprains are very lingering issues. From what I’ve read, most who experience them have to be in a boot for 12 or more weeks. MT was back on the field after 7 weeks. Fair enough. I’ve had ankle surgery too so I know of the difficulties in rehab. But when you choose to leave your coach/teammates/training staff out of the process of you rehabbing you invite criticism of your choices…don’t you?
It seems like people just want to forget that he kept the team in the dark about his status. That’s a big deal IMO.

It seems like people just want to forget that he kept the team in the dark about his status. That’s a big deal IMO.

However, it no longer seems to be a big deal to those who count as in the Saints themselves. That's all that really matters, don't you think?
