Time to step it up a notch at TE. I thought in limited snaps, Juwan played well.

The Vet Nick V was somewhat a disappointment for me in 2021.

Streif was drafted in the 7th round, almost an afterthought; Ruiz was drafted in the 1st round, players you'd expect to start and have an impact immediately...

Have seen too many instances where Ruiz failed mentally, physically (including getting Drew nearly killed); and I see no improvement from his first snap to present...

In Truth, you really need three (3) years to evaluate a draft pick; but we'd have to see one helluva leap in performance for Ruiz to validate his selection, especially a 1st rd pick...

Know some of the leaders on this time haven't rallied to the idea of Taysom as a starting QB, but there's no other player that energizes the offense as well as he has...

He just hasn't had enough reps with a full-strength offensive line or all the weapons available as others; and he's had the worst luck of late with injuries...

Sometimes it leaves me scratching my head, but I feel I see what Sean sees in Taysom being a starting QB, and the ceiling could be terrific; just gotta fix the offensive line...

And secure a better WRz option...

Dylan Soehner is huge and until he was hurt, looked like a great No. 3 who would be ideal in jumbo packages as a blocker, but athletic, big enough to rip a red zone TD...

Adam Trautman development has been slower than I care, but there's definite improvement and at the very least, though his draft investment suggested otherwise, he'll be a solid TE...

Juwan Johnson has no value for me as a TE; in particular, saw several instances where there was a turnover and he made a p*ss-poor effort to tackle the defender....

Ethan Wolf is definitely a developmental project and just needs more snaps to get there but we can't afford as Trautman is the priority that needs development at TE...

There's some Day 2, 3 TE targets I really like that I think would offer more upside than Vannett (Ruckert, Ferguson, Kolar, Austin) and worth investing...

It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

Guess it's just been a while since I've seen him play, but with the investment, he's likely that guy now...
