Overall, good group but the backups need to improve.
K, it's the starters worry me more than the reserves...

Actually very optimistic about Throckmartin, Hurst, and Young...

I concede your knowledge here no question; however, I'm not as sold on the backups. Wasn't that a line full of reserves that nearly got Book decapitated?

It was so bad I've tried to erase it from my memory. LOL

Some of the linemen that played that night were signed the day of and previous day - we had that many people out (C19) by medical disqualification...

If you listen to the Sean Payton interview with Rich Eisen that Smash posted, he mentions he literally met two players right before the game...

We're stuck with Ruiz through his rookie contract; if Armstead is truly gone, Marrone would be Asst Coach of the year if he could salvage Peat as an OT...

Pretty telling we are having repeat discussions on the same 2 guys on the O-line, year after year.

Both are former 1st rounders I might add.

Looked over the stats (collectively) last night after your post. Oh boy, you're right ... upgrades are needed and necessary.

Nick Vannett was a big-time disappointment for me ... for starters, he was injured half of the season :( .

Outside of AK/Hill, not a lot of "firepower" offensively.
