Two Super Bowls? 153-88-0? Doesn't get suspended by Roger Goodell? Gets suspended by Roger Goodell? Is Sean Payton solely responsible for the New Orleans Saints success over the last 16 seasons? Did Sean Payton limit the success of the New Orleans Saints over the last 16 seasons (Meaning, he put the pieces in place but some would argue they could have been used better) ? There is a lot to chew on and I am sure some ****ing basement dwelling pod caster will be ready to declare him the second coming of Jesus or Saban in week 11.. |

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
A five year extension for Erik McCoy. Curious to see the terms, but I would imagine they would include a restructure to free up current year cap for in season maneuvering. |

NFL reporting.... QUESTIONABLE ;
HAMSTRING Injury for the Great one, M Thomas may not play.... LMAO First Regular Season game.... no touchdowns:dunce: Prima Donna:rofl: https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...-questionable/ :beatnik: |
Re: Michael Thomas Progress
I'm getting tired of all of the dumping on MT13. Let's not forget that dude literally lost 2 years of his career on a play when the game was already in hand and he didn't need to be on the field.
These players are not robots. They have muscles and ligaments, and tendons just like us regular folks. They do get injured and those injuries do take time to heal. A big part of the NFL is managing those nagging injuries. Fans are so damn desperate to see players on the field and in their fantasy lineups that they would risk longer term injury just to see their players on the field. MT13 has a hamstring. As such he was limited practice all week. That automatically generates a status of questionable in the injury report. Players that are questionable generally play in the game. It's the ones with doubtful status that often don't. None of this is being a prima donna. Each and every NFL player catches some kind of nick or injury during the season. The team that manages those the best are the ones who are standing at the end. If the 2022 Saints need a injured MT13 to beat the FailClowns, then the Saints have much much bigger problems than an injured receiver. Be smart: give dude a few snaps this week, then sit him down. There are bigger fish to fry as the season progresses (Succs, Bengals, Vikings, Ravens) in the next 5-6 weeks. SFIAH |

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Wow.

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Why would they do that with Ingram and not Taysom Hill?

Re: Michael Thomas Progress
Maybe next week the prima donna will be MORE of a factor

Re: Michael Thomas Progress
I have had mapcow blocked for almost a year now. I can only guess what nonsense he has been posting. Someone please put him on suicide watch.

Re: Michael Thomas Progress
Imagine being a little b**** and posting all that crap and then seeing Thomas have 5 catches and two TDs and more or less winning us the game...
|
Re: Michael Thomas Progress
That was an awesome catch! Good throw too putting it where only MT could get to it. |

Re: Michael Thomas Progress
Why is so hard for an "adult" to admit they're wrong?
A lot to prove? 1 game? I didn't realize we were talking about a rookie here. Just a bunch of BS. Terrible poster. |

I hope the Mods shut down this thread ... soon. |
Re: Michael Thomas Progress
I’m glad Thomas stepped up in the 4th. Landry and Olave also performed
well. Once Winston got some time to throw he showed us what he was capable of. He was the MVP of the game IMO. He made a few mistakes,’sure. But he had no TOs while getting relentless pressure through 3 quarters. Up until the 4th though Thomas was not playing well. He was slipping on routes and had some legitimate drops IMO. I don’t see much difference between posters like cow who is holding Thomas to a silly standard and some other posters who see nothing wrong with some of Thomas’ actions over the past two season, can’t take any criticism of him and have their nose up his rear so far the can tell what he had for breakfast. They represent both ends of the spectrum. |

And you should know. I was at Tulane stadium watching Billy Kilmer taking the snaps back when men/studs played the game hurt and bleeding. Not like today's prima donna bunch. Shook Archie's hand along with Danny Abramowitz, ... missed Tom Dempsey.... another stud. Football today is more like "don't hurt me" ball. Keep dreaming, One day it will come true, trust me. Glad the Saints went out with Drew, and the reputation of "hit" men. Hell Drew played a whole season with broke ribs.....no prima donna there....he did not wanna be like Mike: LMAO:dunce: |
