Also pointed out in the article that once again the undrafted (P Blake Gillikin, G Calvin Throckmorton, and WR Marquez Callaway) outperform the drafted - #SMH...

As Bob Rose also pointed out in the article, "He struggled a bit in pass protection, but was a mauler as a run blocker". And, "The Saints hired Doug Marrone as an offensive line coach this offseason. He’ll be expected to develop Ruiz and return the offensive line to its dominant form."

Let's see what things look like with Marrone at the helm.

I got blocked by certain Saints wannabe pundits on Twitter, when they said that Ruiz didn't allow a sack in his first year and I pointed out that he's most likely the reason Brees had to retire.

I miss the days of Jahri Evans and Carl Nicks at the Guard spots.
