Kinda reminds me of Hendrickson and Davenport, although not same draft I realize.

Mistake there was a lack of patience as Hendrickson was developing...

Second mistake was that Davenport would be an immediate impact, but was coming from a non-major school not having faced elite competition; Davenport needed even more time...
