Yeah. Strief said in an interview after the season that they were still very high on Ruiz who he described as very talented and works his butt off, but didn't improve enough in season two. We mustn't forget that Ruiz was changing positions and had no meaningful offseason at all his rookie year and played virtually every game his second year without either, or both, of the outstanding starters to his left and right due to all the time that McCoy and Ramczyk missed. Another plus is he isn't made of glass like Armstead and Peat being the only starter to play every snap of the season.
