I understand it's super early @ camp but looking at this current roster ...

There is a 33-year-old Demario & second-year player in Pete. After that, it gets dicey. Someone else at camp will need to step it up & make a serious impression on Ryan/Kris and Allen.

17 games + the postseason is an absolute grind.

The keyword here is DEPTH.

Something else to consider is something rezburna pointed out a few days ago. With the talent and depth we have at DB we may be seeing more dime and even dollar packages. The LB depth required for a standard 4-3 is much greater than running a 4-1 for a sizable chunk of defensive alignments. We may end up carrying fewer LB's than what we have in the past given the lack of need.

Given the amount of passing going on in the league now that seems highly plausible.
