As I've stated weeks ago, there is 33-year-old Demario, 2nd year Pete Werner (recovering from groin injury) & then it gets really dicey after that. Too bad we didn't take a flyer on Anthony Barr. Linebacker is definitely a position where adding a vet for depth purposes wouldn't hurt. 17 games + the possibility of post-season is an absolute grind. Of those in for a workout, Hitchens would be my choice. Kiko knows the system but hasn't played football in several seasons. |

I drafted him myself in a deep dynasty league as LB depth. 55 player roster prior to final cutdown to 45 the week before the season starts.![]()
As for Barr, I've read teams had been looking at him mainly as a pass rushing option in a 3-4. We already have him on the roster as Zach Baun, I believe. |

Looks like it's official now. Alonzo would be a perfect player to rotate on and off the roster as needed throughout the season. He already knows the scheme. He should clear waivers along the way.

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Tough one.
Both are injury prone & Kiki hasn’t played football in 2 seasons ![]() I’d probably take KA, simply because he’s better than Kwon in run support. I now see a report where the Saints were interested in Kwon but in a reduced role. Easy to see now why he signed with the Jets. Anyways, I hope KA is healthy & can shake off the rust ![]() |
