Forgetting Brooks for a minute
we looked like Jeckyll in game one, and Hyde in the next. What are the season predictions now for the Saints, considering we have no true "home games" all year? Did anyone have a prediction they'd like to change? Or, where do you see us after 8 games? Nothing about Brooks in here please. we have 4-5 threads dedicated to that already. Where is this team headed?

The best I see 7-9. They should beat Minn, GB, Miami, and go 2-4 in division. They will probably beat St. Louis and Detroit. Otherwise, not a shot in hell of 8-8. Too many bad teams are playing better than this bunch.
NYG have a fairly anemic offense and that we couldn't prevent them from scoring once they got past the 50 is disheartening. Doesn't bode well for offenses that are experienced and well coached. The Saints' offense didn't make any adjustments from last week, or even dring the game. That makes it easy to prepare a defensive strategy against them. The "simplified" offense also doesn't appear to have much in the way of audibles or "hot" reads. These guys aren't Jeckyl and Hyde, its the same bunch of clueless, one dimensional thinkers/doers. It's going to take a new coaching staff and QB to change this. |

9-7 with a chance of getting a wildcard berth. Sorry I don't live in a fantasy land. I think I'm going to get ragged on now about not being a "true" Saints fan now.
Hopefully we'll pull a win out of our somewhere and go 10-6 to solidify our chances of making it into the post season. |

I said 10-6 maybe 9-7. Saints are still a good team. I'm hoping that Monday night will be the exception. Call me an optimist..but hell I'm a Saints fan
