Re: Evidence of officiating bias against the Saints? - Triplett

Its interesting to see what we've all been seeing (well, everybody cept speedo) finally show in the numbers. Hardly a one-off at this point. I mean it warrants an explanation and frankly action. The bias is now clear and cannot be argued.

And Sean's comments when he left the competition committee tell the tale.

How will Roger address this? The short answer is he won't. He will do some things to satisfy the media and fanboys like speedo, but his vendetta against Sean will remain. His need to control games will remain. There's too much money at stake to allow fair play to be the priority.

C'mon Man...

We all saw the game changing qualifiers Mahommes, Burrow and Hebert had in college. I just don’t see it from the kid @ Pitt.

Huge gamble to take a QB that high.

I’d much rather go with WR in the first rd, but hey that’s just me.

I think it just gives them something to write about. QB is the “sexiest” position on a team to draft.

Are we really writing Book off on that one start where he was running for his life the entire game when we had 20 starters out on Covid? Did he even practice with the first string that week?

I want to see the kid get a real shot with some playmakers around him. Then again I feel the same way about Hill and Winston.

Do over. Reset. Clean slate. This year was a wash.

I am not sold on Pickett either. My hopes is a great offensive lineman is available and taken by the Saints at 18. Right now the Saints could get by in the short term with Hill, and would not completely ignore Bortles if additional free agent help isn't available. I think Book needs another year on the bench before we know if he warrants consideration as a long term solution or not.

Some people can be Bengal fans, but these stats is something ive kept an eye on for years, especially since the no call. One consistent stat that has stood out is the Bengals always being top 5 in penalties called against their opponent.

So the Titans or anyone for that matter better watch out if they keep that game close.
