Divisional Round Game Chat

Great Game between the Bengals @ Titans...

But, geezhus, Bengals LG Quinton Spain has got to be the worse guard in the NFL; our 2nd stringers may be better than this useless garbage...

Bengals better draft some big Wisconsin Dairy Men or Nebraska Cornhuskers, guys with stamina who can play four quarters...

Kinda like our team...

Eli Apple with the PBU that led to a Logan Wilson INT; fmr Saints helping the Bengals...

Chase and Burrow … Making big plays in big moments.

Hope we go find a WR in round 1.

Meanwhile, didn’t see how Titans were the #1 AFC seed. Tanneyhill isn’t primetime.

What a game that was. Unbelievable… the Bengals in the AFC Championship. Joe Burrow just has “it.”

Only thing is there's no Ja'Marr Chase there for us in the first round...

In fact, the more I watch on these QBs and WRs, many are getting pushed for the first round and the value isn't there...

Re: Divisional Round Game Chat

Believe Ja'Marr Chase set a record as the first rookie WR to go for 100 ReYds in his first two playoff games...

That offensive line for the Bengals needs to look into their souls, stare into the mirror this week and get their selves right - Burrow sacked 9 freaking times...

Bengals using a fifth round pick on that kicker Evan McPherson is looking genius right now...

But that Bengals offensive line - oofah...

Re: Divisional Round Game Chat

I want an AFC team to win the Super Bowl since the Saints aren't playing.

1. Bengals (for obvious reasons)
2. Bills (they would be my 1st choice if Bengals weren't in it)
3. Titans (if they weren't already eliminated)
4. Chiefs (i can stand Mahones being SB Champion rather than the networks ball-gargling Rodgers or Brady)

Let's see if the Packers can stop Debo & company tonight.

With extreme temps, Shanahan won't have Jimmy G throwing it up much.

I wouldn't trade Jameis or Hill for Jimmy.

Jimmy's playing with a bad shoulder, but that's his story always hurt.

Jeesh. The Niner fans are going to be out of control. Tip my hat to them. Great game.

Wow.

Niners won in spite of bad QB play from Porn Star Jimmy.

When you pack a solid defense and special teams, you’ll always have a chance.

Debo is a special player.

Why do I have a feeling that in a week from now it will be a 49ers vs Rams game to give us all PTSD again?!

Yeah Jimmy and Company got it done, damn Robbie 39 years old still money..

Yeah. I'll get on the Bucs wagon. Brady and Jimmy. The media out here would lose its collective mind.

If the Rams and Chiefs go down now it could make this playoff picture interesting.
I get this feeling that the Rams just might sink the Bucs but I hope not.

Truth on Rogers.

Those flags were perfectly still, and I thought snow or no snow, and for that matter wind or not, the only way Robbie misses that is if he slips. He's money.

No joke, I turned the Packers-49ers game off sometime in the 4th quarter because it looked like the Packers had it wrapped up. My jaw hit the floor when I just checked the final score.

Couldn't believe what I was seeing at the end, never thought Frisco could survive the snow and frigid temperatures.

Burrow is the next Brady without the weird sensitivity that Brady has. Also I wish announcers would say Burrow instead of Burrows.

Re: Divisional Round Game Chat

Aaron Rodgers is going to be super overpaid and I hope we aren't the ones to do it. He is a stat machine that is risk adverse, which is the main reason he never wins in the playoffs. You have to take risks in the playoffs and make your fortune. The other team is literally throwing everything they have at you to win games in the playoffs because if you lose that's it. Rodgers has to learn to take shots more if he's ever going to win another championship. I will say this.... if there is one coach that could get him out of that habit it'd be Sean. Aaron Rodgers needs to be paired with an aggressive minded head coach or o-coordinator if he's ever going to win another Super Bowl. He's not going to do it on his own. He needs someone to push him. I wouldn't be upset if we took him. He has the potential to pay off.

So much for the #1 seed and the bye week providing an inherent advantage in the NFL!!!

Re: Divisional Round Game Chat

More Meaningless Stats:

Joe Burrow sacked for a record 9 times. Yet: Burrow completed 28 of 37 passes for 348 yards with one int. Result W

Matt LaFleur : The Packers became the first team in NFL history with three consecutive seasons of 13-plus wins. His three-year total of 39 wins is the most ever by a coach in his first three seasons. He's never lost back-to-back games. games. Result: 0 NFC Championships or Super Bowl Appearances. Special Teams were really Special: cost Green Bay 10 points.

Aaron Rodgers: Rodgers is 0-3 against San Francisco in the postseason.

The Niners did just what they did against the Rams, winning in the trenches. The Rams didn't "let" them win in week 18, the 49ers took it just like they did to the Packers. If the Rams take down the Bucs (and that wouldn't surprise me at all), they have a hard time getting past the 49ers.

If the Rams blow the 49ers out will you be singing a different tune?

Re: Divisional Round Game Chat

If I’m the Packers I’m moving on from the Aaron Rodgers soap opera. Trade Rodgers, tag and trade Davante Adams because he won’t stay without Rodgers, then go into the draft with 3 first round picks and not have to use any of them on a QB because they drafted Jordan Love. Yes, Jordan Love sucks but they have to see if they’re going to get something out of that investment.

Lots of off-season "speculation" to come with A Rod.

He's made it clear that he does not want to be a part of a rebuild.

Guess we'll see.

Side note - I've officially taken Porn star Jimmy G off my potential list of 2022 "trades" for NO. He's not big time. Dude needs to be buying the special teams & defense Rolex watches for bailing him out in post-season.

Not sure how the 49ers would do in a rematch with the Rams. I know last night you had the weather and JimmyG's shoulder, but, they won that game with special teams. And I know they just beat the Rams, but there will be more on the line this time. In short, they did what they had to do to win last night, but weren't really impressive doing it. Just my 2 cents. :)

Rodgers can’t get over the hump. Did it only once as a wild card. Multiple 13 win seasons and home fields, only to get bounced out. I’ll pass on Rodgers in the off-season. Regular season king but playoff dud. Kudos to San Fran cause I can’t stand Green Bay, Rodgers, and their pompous coach.

First of all, I seriously doubt that will happen. The Rams first have to get by the Bucs. While I think it is very possible that is not a given. The Rams have had trouble with playoff quality teams all season long including six straight losses to the 49ers. But, on any given Sunday anything can happen in the NFL.

As I pointed out, the 49ers have beaten the Rams six straight times. They match up well with them. They're deeply into McVay's head, as well, it appears. The 49ers have also won 9 of their last 11. They are currently one of the hottest teams remaining.

Because what, nobody else knows? Ah little speedo and his ego...

I'm pointing out right now that it's a division rival so I can take all the credit for it being a division rival later and tell everyone I knew something they didn't.
