Why is Sean Payton even there??? Coaching was sooo much of a grind but man he still loves to be in the spotlight and get attention.

I believe during or after his retirement press conference he said he had some contractual obligations to fulfill during Super Bowl week so he would be there. I know he has a deal with Jordan Brand shoes. Probably has a few others, as well. From what I've heard most of these players and coaches go do the dog and pony show stuff and hightail it back home prior to the game.

Ah that makes sense. I didn’t think about sponsorships.

Probably a good place to meet people from the media, other teams, business and so on. Almost like a trade show.

Kind of like the Senior bowl? I believe Ireland was looking for a job there when he came on board.

Exactly! Anytime there are a lot of people gathered a certain percentage of them will be there looking for new opportunities.

Haven't watched it yet, but should be good. Talks about Dennis Allen and Michael Thomas. Also talks doing TV and Cowboys rumor. Says he's interviewing with networks while there.
