Troy Aikman's decision to leave FOX and go to Amazon likely spurred this decision. My guess is that Payton takes over Troy's old spot.
That said, attracting potential high impact offensive free agents just suffered a tremendous blow. |

Jesus going to be some rough years ahead. Losing a Hall of Fame QB and now a Hall a Fame Coach back to back. Won't be a easy transition.
