That's what I'm thinking too. Just couldn't remember if the Rooney rule applied to any coaching vacancy reason (in our case, resignation/retirement) or firing.

What a day. We were just recently lauding this as one of CSP's best coaching years and a dark-horse COTY candidate especially had we made the playoffs.
