It's Allen if we're not going to gut the team and rebuild. Otherwise, I like the idea of new blood.

Yeah, I don't see how bringing in anyone from the outside would work if wanting to keep the staff together unless they were simply a placeholder. Any legitimate hire brought in would want to have a say in staffing, I would imagine.
