Who do you think makes the final decision on the hire? Loomis alone? Loomis and Mrs. Benson?

Final? Mrs B is my guess. Jeff Ireland, she and Micky all talk,
but she makes the call I guess.

I'd say the only three with the real decision making would be Loomis, Lauscha, and Benson. The owner has to have the final say, however.
