These referees need to be taken out back after the game.

The refs have been waiting all game for an opportunity to give this game the the Rams.

Feel bad for Joe.

He battled like mad, his O line doomed him all game

Well, I’m happy for Stafford. I’ve always like Stafford, he was just cursed with Detroit. And for once, he didn’t choke when it counted.

Happy for Stafford; pissed it's the lambs!

Bengals messed up bad. Wasted possession after wasted possession when they had the Rams reeling.

Cooper Kupp made some tough plays, quality man, good for him.

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

So they "let them play" for the ENTIRE game, and then on the last dive last hope for Roger's Lambs the refs start calling it close?

How in Earth people don't see it is beyond me.

Congrats Stafford. He deserves it, and Burrow will be back.

Something HAS to be done about fixing these games...

Donald, Kupp ... made plays.

Cincy O line, trash. Eli Apple, trash.

Refs will get fitted for rings too. Goddell got what he wanted I suppose.

When the game is on the line, the Rams went to their playmaker.

Sean Payton dialled up a pass to Tommy Lee Lewis..

Its not the refs. They called a good game. Clearly they were following direction. They changed how they called the game on the rams last drive. Pretty obvious it's because that's what they were told to do.

Cincy better spend every penny and draft pick on that O-Line.

As much as the refs changed how they called the game in the last 4 minutes. Total BS.

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

Well, the ref’s are governed by Darth Goodhell, it’s his toy and he will run it how he sees fit….if you can’t accept it, go watch soccer. Nothings gonna change while he sits in the Ivory Tower. Gotta quit *****ing about the zebras, not gonna change, no matter how bad it smells

x-(

And another thing. I needed a picture of ONE person with a foam finger to win super bowl bingo. ONE person, and I didn't see a SINGLE ONE in 70 thousand? Not ONE?

Sure ... now that it seems that hosting the Super Bowl seems to be the key to winning it, now we're not hosting it 😞

Don't you all think we would have been worked over by the Refs in our SB game.
If it wasn't for some crazy Coach calling an onside kick to start the second half we would have been doomed as well.
Remember we were playing against Peyton one of the poster boys of the league.
I think Sean screwed the Refs heads up so bad that they forgot their red flag queues.

As much as I hoped the Bengals would beat the fix I knew it was almost impossible.

To me, Not sure if the fix was in, I think Goodhell had a pretty good deal whomever won this one. And yes, I truly believe CSP pulled a fast one on Goodhell and the shield with the on side kick, and T Porters pick, otherwise not sure we’d have won……

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

I haven't watched a SB in a long time. Are they always so PC and woke? It was kind of dumb.

Too bad the Bengals lost. Refs started throwing flags the last drive. It almost looked like they changed what they had been doing earlier. Like the fix was in.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

Was just wondering if anyone on this board was pulling for the Rams.

Only few things I can think of against Cincy maybe that "Who They" bs.
or Chris Collinsworth or maybe Eli Apple can't be ole Boomer so maybe Chris Collinsworth.

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

Second time the Refs literally made the Rams win the playoffs in the last few years. First time was against the Saints a few years ago when they missed an obvious pass interference which helped the Rams get into the Super Bowl. Second was tonight against the Bengals on a bogus holding call the extended the drive and a bogus missed holding call that prevented a Bengals TD that helped the Rams win the Super Bowl. NFL really wants the Rams to win, it's pretty obvious. It almost makes me want to boycott the league.

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

Bengals got away with some calls earlier in the game as did the Rams - what is ridiculous is that the referees suddenly change the way they call penalties at the end of the game.

Thought the ref’s called a good no call game and let the teams play … Right until the last few minutes and then they went all in on making the LA Rams SB Champs. Goodell and the NFL should be held accountable but naturally that ain’t happen.
