Time will tell.
Absolutely correct! THIS is what I've been attempting to point out. Some are getting fixated on the title Defensive Coordinator in the traditional sense. To be accurate, in the traditional sense on the current staff Dennis Allen remains the defensive coordinator. Richard and Nielsen are basically senior defensive assistants with responsibility over secondary and defensive line respectively.

If Sean Payton was to have named a co-offensive coordinator with Pete Carmichael nobody would have had a single concern because they all knew Payton was completely in charge of the offense. The same can be said for Allen.

Wrong. "Some", which is antagonistic by the way, because it's vague (say what you mean mr passive aggressive) do not like the idea of having multiple 'leaders', because 'some' understand it is generally better to have the buck stop somewhere - otherwise the kid can play one parent off the other.

The only reason you're okay with it is because your a sheep. Had DA said having dual defensive coordinators is an absurd idea you'd be in here defending that. You have no spine.

What do you know about leadership speedo - not including twitter?
