You think it would be a good idea to shift both Penning (LT) and Ramczyk (RT) out of the positions they have been playing, LS? I guess we'll see soon enough how Nielsen sees things.

One thing to consider is the overall makeup of the line. How are the guard/tackle pairings on the left and right sides most efficient? Would Ramczyk/Peat and Ruiz/Penning hold up any better than Penning/Peat and Ruiz/Ramczyk? I guess those are questions that Nielsen will be asking himself. I imagine they'll give both alignments a chance early on in camps. |

Yeah, I can give him a bye to a degree based upon the total lack of off-season activities his rookie year and playing with a rotating partnership at RT and center all last season, but if we can maintain some sort of consistency on the line this year he has no excuse. In a way that's why I could see them leaving Ramczyk at RT, at least until Ruiz gets the proper foothold.
