Though he wasn’t a FA we could of possibly traded for Woods though not likely since it’s in the same conference but I would of tried my damnedest. For FA JuJu, Barrios, Z. Jones, Pringle, MVS are some. Did they overpay for some, yes but sometimes you gotta spend money to make money. Oh, I’ll say this to I’m giving them a chance but if they strike out in FA and not draft a receiver in the first two rounds. I’m going to be on the fire Allen and Loomis train. If we didn’t try to get a guy that wasn’t coming here in the first place we could of paid MW not get Dirty Dan |

Puzzling signing - Is Malcolm Jenkins on the move? retiring?
Has Marcus Maye had some regression in his rehab from Achilles Tendon Sx? Is J.T. Gray being moved? Is this leverage against P.J. Williams asking for too much coin? Is he being moved to a rover LBer? |

In the NHL players pay taxes based on in which state they play games in, which means they pay a fixed tax rate for all of their home games, and a variable rate for all of their away games. It used to be a hot topic among the Canadien teams that they were unfairly competing with teams from states like Florida. Then someone did the calculations, and the earnings difference was actually very small between signing with a high tax state team and a low tax state team. |
