Mistake was letting Vonn Bell go and bringing Malcolm Jenkins back; Bell has flourished in Cincy while Jenkins was a liability in coverage for us...

Will be curious to see if Sorensen is moved to SS (he's accustomed to playing FS) of if Gardner is moved to SS and we sign or draft a NB...

That happens more than we care to admit and probably more than than a mid career player floundering somewhere else comes to New Orleans and flourishes.

Just shows Payton made the exact same mistake twice.

He said he let Jenkins go too early and said it was the biggest mistake of his career. Yet he let it happen again with a player just entering his prime.

That’s true diz, but Vacarro was a high drafted safety he let go as well and that was the right move. It’s a tough choice.
