So, when you have co-coordinators doesn’t someone have the final say on what formation they are in on any given play and on who starts? How
does that work?

Sure. The "real" coordinator has the final say. In the case of the Bucs it is still Todd Bowles. It should work the same way as Dennis Allen calling all the shots on defense for the Saints. The "co-coordinators" are glorified defensive assistants with a fancy title. Neilsen as "Co-Defensive Coordinator/Defensive Line" and Richard as "Co-Defensive Coordinator/Secondary". That's pretty much the way Nick Underwood described it a few weeks back. I would imagine Bowles will still be calling the defensive plays during the game just like Allen plans to do himself.

Stabbed in the back? C'mon man. He's a weak head coach who benefited from Tom Brady elevating the rest of his team for two seasons. He should be happy he "won" a superbowl and ride off into the sunset.
