The highest rated players go to the worst teams with undoubtedly the worst coaches and maybe he just needs some good coaching. We have proven time and time again that this program is good at rebuilding players. I believe that when he gets to camp he will finally find his home where he earns a rotational spot and some solid playing time. Maybe he just develops slowly and we are about to get a player in his prime.
Taco has been in some good organizations with good coaches though.

His name came up a lot in Dallas as having "poor work ethic" & "soft". In Pittsburgh, he wasn't thought up high enough to be re-signed as "depth".

Some would argue scheme, bad fit, etc but at the end of the day, he wasn't making plays. He's on his 5th NFL team for a reason. Sounds like bust material to me.

First-rounders are expected to be key contributors within 3 seasons at this level of football.

"Poor work ethic & soft" just aren't good descriptive terms for an NFL player. Still, Nielson may put the fear of God in him that this is his last chance. Sometimes those kinds of coaches get through to players. I understand that he's an excellent communicator and motivator.

If he sticks, great for him but he's not that good Rugs. Up here (Dallas), constant complaining * bi***ing as a Pro. He's been average to below on every NFL team he's played on thus far. Taco is nothiing more than a back up, fill in for DE's. How much more intel do you need on a former 1st round bust?

A "hot" name from Saints fans 5 or so years ago.

Tanoh, Turner, Jordan, Davenport, Granderson ... whose roster spot is he taking?
