I look at the WR position...MT, Landry, Olave and Callaway. If everyone is healthy...that's a good looking group. Kind of a matchup nightmare. If the OL is solid, it could be a big year for the RBs too. Just too many people to cover.

DA may just know what he's doing bringing in all this talent.

Most of the talent was already here...

Friendly State Legislature allows the team to be aggressive in Free Agency...

And of course, there was a vacuum at key positions and they solved it...

With Sean Payton gone, I'm glad the LSU filter is gone with him...

I'm hopeful he transitions well to the NFL. He checked off a lot of boxes as a pro prospect & knows how to get open and separate.

Having Juice & Thomas as mentors ... lagniappe.

Hopefully with Ramz and McCoy actually playing Ruiz can stop worrying about what John Doe and Joe Blow are doing on either side and concentrate on doing his job. ;)

I think Smoke could be a guy worth developing (practice squad).

Maybe he outshines KC brisket or Evans at camp.

Olave's track is very similar to Justin Jefferson...

Good news here, even though he said on NFL Radio last week that he was sure he'd be cleared soon.

Biggest Question going into Training Camp is who will be fully healthy, especially on the offensive side of the ball...

That's a great place to start. I'm a huge fan of Davenport but with his injury history he's a huge question mark. I see Turner as Cam's future replacement. So, if we haven't signed or drafted another top notch DE then I could see keeping Davenport. However, if we have developed another slot receiver like we did with Lance Moore then I could see letting Landry go. It's a tough choice between Davenport and Landry.

KENTAVIUS STREET, DT 👌

The defensive line could be vicious in 2022.

Can't emphasize these talking points enough regarding Street:
  • Saints DL Coach Ryan Nielsen recruited, coached Street at NC State

  • Street was a fourth round pick despite an ACL tear on his Pro Day

Street might just be this years under the radar signing. Although, there will probably be a few more surprises after we start training camp. We've got some good young talent and Hopefully they can take on their envisioned roles for the team.
