Yup. Protecting the QB is always the key. In what way that protection is accomplished is the question. Good solid pass blocking is, of course, the best method. So is relying heavily upon the run and the play action pass. So is, as Smash just pointed out, simply getting rid of the ball quickly. It'll be interesting to see which of these, or others, are successful come that 9-11 date.

Coach wants to see how the continuity looks for a drive or two.

Nothing wrong with that.

Ruiz, Penning, Trautman, and Vannett need as much live competition as possible before it gets real vs the dirty birds.

JW & MT need to be on the same page. It's been a while for both.
