Shaheed was also in on 8 special teams snaps.

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints roster breakdown: Wide receivers
Get your playmakers more involved (LISTEN to the Ross Jackson video I uploaded) on Sundays was the reason for the bump. That is all.
Last time I checked the Saints are 4-8 & last in their respective division. Insanity = doing the same thing over and expecting different results. Stats/snap counts are irrelevant when you are losing. |

Nick Underhill has documented Carmichael's tendency to run the ball more than any other team in the league in that situation. It's hard to get your playmakers involved then when it's 3rd and long and your QB can't make a secondary read.

Bump ...
Rashid dude. His Weber St game tape apparently didn't lie. "The only difference between a 1st rounder and an undrafted guy is an opportunity". Congrats on another TD catch vs Failures. A weapon in the making & his 2023 season will be even brighter |

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints roster breakdown: Wide receivers
One last "bump" but worthy of praise.
Rashid Shaheed. Final stats 2022/23 - 25 rec / 454 yards / 2 TD / avg 18.2 Oh and his stats in Philly -->> 6 receptions on 6 targets / 79 yards (13.2 avg). The 58-yarder catch pass was the long. His future is VERY BRIGHT in New Orleans. |

Re: 2022 New Orleans Saints roster breakdown: Wide receivers
It'll be interesting to see what happens with Jarvis.
Juwan and Callaway are RFAs Harty likely gone. And just like the previous two off-seasons, I'll be eager to see what happens with Michael Thomas. I'm not advocating for a trade, just curious to see the impact. He needs to be part of a shedding of large vet contracts and getting younger and clearing as much cap as possible. Not redoing his deal adding void years and just extending whats turned out(Injury unforseen) to be a terrible deal. |
