Brisket is done and about to go into the cooler to rest. About to watch Joey Chestnut go for the new record. Hot dogs, chili, onions, and grated cheese ready to go for post game.

BBQ Ribs, Baked potatoes, Beans, and corn. Pecan pie ala mode for dessert. Got a few fireworks to light off for later and gonna watch The Patriot with Mel Gibson after.
