The ribs I bought this time were kind of thick so I boiled them a little longer than usual. Which came out to about an hour and fifteen minutes. Usually just do an hour. They were pretty good. You don't need to put them on the grill for long after that. Just a few minutes to brown them up and then hit them with some BBQ sauce. |

I don't boil my ribs. I also drizzle them wirh honey. I slow bake them around 250 for an hour and a half after a heavy rub of seasonings. Then it's off to the grill for some more slow cooking before adding BBQ sauce over the next hour.

I usually boil mines in water with a good bit of Worcestershire sauce. I値l also add garlic pepper blend, salt and some onion power in the boil too. Then after that I値l put a sweet and spicy rub on it and finish it off on the grill with a lil bbq coating to caramelize. Now when I have time, I値l smoke it with some hickory chips. Do you tear the membrane off AG? I do |

I hear that. What wood do you like to use when you're smoking ribs? |
