The ribs I bought this time were kind of thick so I boiled them a little longer than usual. Which came out to about an hour and fifteen minutes. Usually just do an hour. They were pretty good. You don't need to put them on the grill for long after that. Just a few minutes to brown them up and then hit them with some BBQ sauce. |
