Watson was a disaster. I'm so glad we didn't get him. I didn't want him anyway. Way too much baggage. Just a publicity nightmare.

This was a great offseason but I agree about Watson. I can’t believe I was actually ok with that. Winston is a better leader and teammate anyway and I’m still not convinced Watson is all that good. I honestly doubt he will play an entire season. I think his plan was to take the money and run.

Is it really a move if you just avoid a bad signing due to dumb luck? Sounds like Watson easily could have chosen the Saints. To me, a move has to be something you did or cultivated…not something you avoided at the last
minute. JMO. Poll should be called something else than “What was your favorite move?” Hell, 30 other teams besides us made that move…we were among the handful dumb enough to consider it. |
