Observations from the Saints preseason loss to the Texans

Well it was disappointing to lose the game but it was only pre-season.

Also, the Texans were pretty awful as well! 11 penalties won't help your team!

Disappointing to hear about Book's struggles. Hope he figures it out before long. At this point it's probably safe to send him down to the practice squad based on our needs.

Really good composure in the pocket. Looks very fluid in going through progressions. I never saw any of that "happy feet" stuff where QBs usually take off running.

Kenny "baby hands" Pickett could become the truth in a few seasons.

4 seasons in, Trequan still can't make the contested catch (good placement by Book).

Can Dixon play on special teams? This is the only way I see him making the roster.
