Re: Week 3 - Saints @ Panties
It's quite simple. We need Jabo to get the ball in the hands of his playmakers. He's got too many weapons not to be successful. Mickey Loomis should be on the hotline looking to make a trade for interior lineman and a running back. We need to get some help in here. If Jabo can't improve...I hate to see it...but we should look to get somebody like Tyler Huntley to try and salvage the season and/or find somebody for the future. I haven't given up on Jameis, but he has to bounce back in a major way this weekend. They need to trounce the Panthers.

We’re dealing with the opposite problem we had last season.
Last year guys weren’t getting open. Now the separation is ridiculous. I went back and looked at every INT. There were players WIDE OPEN. On the pick6, Jones Jr is in the middle of field with no defender within 10yds. Jameis, take what the Panthers give you. |

I expect the same thing playing in Carolina against a team that has lost 2 games by a combined 5 points looking for their first win.

Well, based on stats for the Panthers QB (Mayfield) through two games ...
Ranks - #32 in QBR (24%) Ranks - #32 completion percentage (54%) Ranks - #26 in total passing yards (381) Ranks - #31 in 3rd down conversion (49%) He's been pretty damn awful. Saints defense need to insert foot on their throats because the Panthers are struggling like us offensively. Tepper could fire the HC mid season if this trend continues. |
