Had to read it twice. Not used to an IR that short!

Re: Saint's Friday Injury report - vs Ravens

I wonder if Lattimore is headed to the IR. Loomis is more a PR guy than a football guy. It reminds me of the situation that was reported where a few years ago Payton to Dallas was supposedly a done deal but then Anthony Davis was traded and even though the two matters were in different sports and unrelated, Loomis felt he could not be seen as letting two stars go so quick, so he kicked the can down the road and jilted Payton. This could be a similar situation where Loomis knows Lattimore is out long term but from a PR perspective he feels he can’t put Thomas and Lattimore on the IR at the same time.

I sure as hell hope not but the reports of a bruised kidney is serious.

We’ll see but that definitely needs time to heal.

Re: Saint's Friday Injury report - vs Ravens

Speaking of Mark Ingram, I met a high school teammate of his on the cruise this past week. He played RB also, but said he switched to safety when Ingram started getting all of the carries. He said even back then Ingram was a leader. He said his (Ingram's) dad being a pro was definitely an impact.
