I honestly would like to pick Carr up if the Raiders release him. Their O line was just bad this season. I think he would be fine with a good O-line and an O minded head coach. Add a TE along with Hill, trade Kamara and pick up a couple rb's, one free agent and a hammer in the draft and play ball. I think if they would keep Hill at the TE position he could thrive, great blocker, tough after the catch, good hands, fast, and can truck db.'s. I love that guy.

I was under the assumption that Derek Carr was going to be traded after the season. Apparently, that's why they benched him because he would not be tradable if he was injured. At least that's the word on the street. And to be honest, I don't see much trade value with Alvin Kamara having had an off season and he will probably be in the thick of his legal battles.

The will try to trade him but that contract he has will come with him. It's easier to cut him and not take a hit. As far as Kamara some team could cough up a good 2nd for his skill set, thats where I take my new shiny toy rb in the draft.

That's another reason why they benched him to prevent injury. If he was injured they'd also owe him his salary until he recovered or come to an injury settlement before releasing him.

As for the shiny new toy, it won't work any better than Kamara without a change in play design and playcalling.

START WITH REPLACING THE INCONSEQUENTIAL HEAD COACH. Work down from there.

Re: Saints fans launch petition asking team to fire Dennis Allen

Saints led the league in penalties, can’t score consistently or sustain drives, costly penalties @ crucial times, always failing to take advantage of golden opportunities finding ways to lose games when victory is in hand.

That’s been the recurring theme with this team all season.

And some want to give this man another season?

2023 might be rough.

Just have Mrs Benson give Sean a part ownership in the team, $35 million a year, shed Allen and Carmichael … this GM stuff is easy.
