The red flags for me is that on 2 separate occasions, players have had to stand up and motivate the team via meetings (Kamara and Cam), instead of Allen himself.

He seems out of his depth and willing to let the players take on his responsibility.

Allen’s got 99 problems but that ain’t one. Those players are grown ass men and playing at a professional level, if they aren’t able to reach down and drag their own d1cks out of the dirt by now then maybe they shouldn’t be out there. They have ALL faced adversity before and should be seasoned enough to overcome that crap.

This would make sense if you were talking about something non-competitive and not played with emotion. Coach sets the tone for team don't sit up here and be ignorant to the reality of ENERGY MOMENTUM because it's convenient for your statement. Should you need it every game NO but, sometimes the things Sean did to motivate guys was just enough to keep alert ready prepared aware etc....Everything doesn't have to be rah rah to be motivate either
