Saints vs Falcons Game Day Thread

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Yes I'm in a dark place. But hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel. With my luck it's an oncoming train or the train wreck that New Orleans has become....

The Saints are far from a train wreck. They are at the league average or above in most offensive and defensive statistics. While they have suffered a large amount of injuries to key positions, there's no reason why those players will not be available in the future. The roster is still loaded with talent. Heck, the team still has a chance at making the playoffs this year. The Rams are a train wreck. The Texans are a train wreck. The Bears are a train wreck. The Broncos and Colts are train wrecks.

You'll be fine and you'll definitely find that light at the end of that tunnel.

To me our record screamsTrainwreck. I had such high expectations for our season even though we had lost Sean Payton and Drew Brees the year before that. We had a talented team during training camp. I guess the big problem for me is the lack of focus from this team. That usually starts at the top.

I believe the conductor would be more akin to a coordinator with the engineer being the head coach.

Believe whatever analogy you like. We need a Head Coach.

So does the majority of NFL teams for that matter. It's hard to replace a legend.

I'm not a fan of the majority of NFL teams though.

So, as an honest question. What do you think of Sean McVay as a coach?

The price of tea in China don't matter when I'm buying coffee in New Orleans.
