The picks are going to be basically the same wherever Payton chooses to go. They were already basically agreed upon before the team ever got the okay to speak with Payton. He has no say on them.

As Duncan confirms, everyone who matters already knew what the trade parameters were as did anyone with the desire to know. They were shared up front with everyone interested.
