-WAS needs to lose out
-SEA needs to lose to LAR
-GB needs to lose 1
-DET needs to lose 1

Plus us winning out gets us a wild card.

It's still too complicated to fathom.

Bahahaha! You can say that again! The days of smelling the playoffs year after year are over. Now the Saints need miracles and luck to reach the post season.

Now we just have to lower the expectations down to winning 7 or 8 games a season and wait for the pendulum to swing back the other direction again. It could be years!

Get your boos and your booze ready everyone! Lol.

I could go on, but I think you get the point.

That play was nineteen years ago so I think we can pick at the scab a little and not worry too much about creating a bigger wound. I wouldn't touch the Minneapolis Miracle play with Boston's 10' pole.

The end of the game against the Jaguars was so Saints. An incredible finish with the hope to tie it with a very reliable kicker and the ball goes wide right. I remember it well. It was my first year living in a village. I was standing up in our little apartment going nuts and that shanked kick ruined my day.

When it's all said and done the Saints will be kicking themselves in the azz for blowing that Tampa game.

I'd go back two months (10/16), starting with Cincy @ home.

Big picture, the Saints have failed to defeat any team in 2022 heading to the postseason .

A decent argument could be made that the Browns had a decent chance at making the playoffs until the Saints beat them!
