As a franchise, you want exactly the kind of players like Hendrickson turned out to be from the draft position he was gotten

Re: Marcus Davenport
I would low ball Davenport on a contract and add incentives. He knows he hasn't set the world on fire

Re: Marcus Davenport
The fact that Carl Granderson consistently outperforms Davenport, just like Hendrickson did, speaks volumes.

Re: Marcus Davenport
Another undrafted free agent producing volumes for the New Orleans Saints. When you throw away draft picks like we do you definitely need to hit on those undrafted free agents.

Re: Marcus Davenport
Trey Hendrickson again showing up in the playoffs.
Davenport should watch some of Trey's tape. |

Injuries happen to ALL teams but GOOD DEPTH is key. Saints need to observe and implement. |

Re: Marcus Davenport
It really depends upon what else you have to overcome those injuries, don't you think. I would think that having Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, Joe Mixon, and a guy named Joe Burrow at QB had to have helped. I'll bet if we had that crew we could have weathered some offensive line injuries quite well.
