Because it hasn't been allowed to be used in the NFL in decades and just became available.. Every other number between 1 and 99 are just another number. Just like the Popeye's Sandwich was so coveted. It only just became available.

OK... so the Popeys Sammich was marketed to elicit the result we all saw. There was not really a shortage. And the sammich is overrated and super salty, tbh.

So are you saying the number 0 was marketed to be coveted, when it's not in reality, since it has not been used in a really long time?
