Over the last month, the Saints rank in the bottom half for the worst offense in the NFL. After the Philly game, Dennis named Dalton as "efficient & a starter in this league"
![]() Just another reason why the Saints are 7-9 & already eliminated from the postseason. The thinking of this team's direction (player personnel) in 2023 with Allen is mind-boggling. This man is convinced he can win games with Dalton as QB. 2023 could be rough. |

That said, Dalton does have the second best QB rating of his career this season (95.3 - the 11th best in the NFL this season) and has completed 67.1% of his passes, a career high and the 9th best in the NFL. Once again, I hope we get something better, but Dalton has clearly well outperformed my expectations this season. |
