Your satisfaction (complacency) with what has just transpired, culminating in you just happily sitting back to "see what happens", tells your service provider (Team management) to "Just keep doing what you're doing". Once again, Sinner, I applaud you for wanting what you want for our Saints. I would be pleased with much of it myself. But believing that you can personally assist in bringing about any of the changes yourself is ... I really can't even label it, honestly.
