McCarthy isn't going anywhere or he would have already been gone. Jerry isn't one to hide in the weeds. If he was interested in making the move I would imagine there would have been all sorts of pomp and circumstance.

Then again, Stephen and Jerry have both cancelled their radio shows yesterday and today so something may be going on. They haven't been given permission to speak with Payton, however, or that would have been released by the league, I'm sure, as part of the protocol.
