If you have to fire people on a regular basis then you are obviously hiring the wrong people. If this cycle continues then it's on the employer to hire better employees. You may need to reevaluate the hiring process from top to bottom. However, there is something to be said for the continuity the Saints had for the last decade and a half. I think the key is hiring the right people the first time like Mickey Loomis has done much of his time with the Saints. Sure, he's had a swing and a mess here and there but he has pretty much nailed it on the people that he hires.

If we stick with this current lineup, it's the fans who will be run through a grinder.

Fortunately, I don't think the current lineup will be here next year. I would not be surprised to see a massive overhaul in the coaching staff to help develop a rookie quarterback in a new system. That's it, I think we will be switching systems on offense and need the coaches who are familiar with that type of scheme.

This, right here, is often overlooked and poor talent acquisition skill is not limited to the business sector. I have friends that stopped talking to me for a bit because I got tired of listening to them b1tch about ex's and pointed out they wouldn't have that problem if they had made better choices.

If you want a glimpse of the general skill level of talent identification that mankind possesses one only needs to look at divorce rates and politicians.
