If you have to fire people on a regular basis then you are obviously hiring the wrong people. If this cycle continues then it's on the employer to hire better employees. However, there is something to be said for the continuity the Saints had for the last decade and a half. I think the key is hiring the right people the first time and not running them through a grinder.
