On the bright side, maybe they'll have time to look at some qualified resumes for over a year. We are notoriously slow to make a move as a franchise. We've had two losing seasons in a row. I just don't see how we can keep doing what we're doing! This is absolutely the definition of insanity!

I have been a big supporter of Mickey Loomis but I'm beginning to have several questions.

Well if I survived a few years of whomever Ditka's offensive coordinator was, I can survive another year of Carmichael. Just not looking forward to it.

Maybe Carmichael will find the magic, but right now not feeling confident about it. Willing to eat crow if he gets it together.

We'll be lucky to be able to eat falcon at this point.

Good a time as any to jump ship! You might look good in red and black.

And you might look good in black and blue, but that doesn't make you any less of a Saints Fan. "Just keep doing what you're doing."

I will be doing what I have been doing for the past 55 plus years. I'm going to be standing behind my Saints giving them my full support and looking forward to another great season.

I'm hoping to see Carmichael get the magic back. He's had a great record of playcalling before this past season. He was always aggressive and the Saints put up bigger offensive numbers than they had with Payton making those calls. Not sure what happened this last season, but I for one will be looking for a rebound. Now we just have to settle on a QB, get the line back healthy, and teach our WR's to hold onto the ball.

We won seven this past season with a has been QB and a decimated offensive line. We won seven games with receivers that included Tre'Quan and Callaway as starters. We won seven games having to play one of our "home" games abroad. We haven't even seen what we are going to do in free agency or via the draft. If Smash's dream comes true we could have multiple firsts, definitely extra seconds and/or thirds. I see no reason why seven games wouldn't be the floor instead of your ceiling. Honestly, we can only improve over last season.
