He is allowed to do what he wishes, but so is everyone else, this is the B&G way. When it becomes problematic is when the users, not the admin, decide they have had enough of the banter and start telling those that have had enough of him that they don't want to see it. Those people are conflict averse and do not realize their passive aggressive approach does not resonate with the caustic antagonist, but instead empowers him because he cant comprehend how he could possibly be in the wrong. Narcissists are never wrong and it is always about their point of view. If you challenge their character they get triggered which is ironic considering they lie to themselves continuously.. It's a fascinating study. I try my hardest to ignore the mentally compromised and reflect on Twain's.. 'Don't argue with them, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.' |

I didn't expect any major changes especially while the Pelicans are doing so well. Why rock the boat? Their minds are clearly elsewhere right now besides the Saints.

Re: Saints Retaining Carmichael and Rest of Staff
Yes, he did. That just shows how important the players are to success of the team. I was all for replacing Carmichael, but it didn't happen, so I'm looking for the positives. One is that we have had great success with Carmichael calling plays in the past so all is not lost. We need a healthy line and a QB that can make plays. And, yes, we need Carmichael to open up the offense more just like he used to do when calling plays prior to this last season.

Re: Saints Retaining Carmichael and Rest of Staff
This is true. Even if we had got a new OC like we all had wanted we would have still had to accomplish most or all of these things to improve the offense.

This type of thinking/MINDSET does not stand in 98% of all other organizations. Front office is becoming a joke. Easily the worse team in the league at the moment. Essentially force someone who publicly declared no interest in the role. Pete has done a TERRIBLE job in 2022 & yet here we are business as usual, with no changes. Don't be surprised if Loomis and co get LOWBALLED for SP. Loomis & Mrs. Benson will need to learn the hard way that continuity & stability doesn't sell tickets - winning does. |

Sounds like someone is going to be so very disappointed when the Saints win.
