The very same rule BB used to run clock off the game. If your memory fails you, the two miracle plays at the end of two playoffs games. When I confronted SP at the meat counter when he was buying some ribeyes, he told me to mind my meat. Very SP like isn't it?

I'll happily take him as head coach right now. I'm not even really sure if I'm being sarcastic or not.

What rule was that? How many times has it been used? Has it ever been used by any Hall of Fame head coach before Belichick used it? One would think that any other coach that has never used it must suck as badly as Sean Payton, right?

Spags defense gave up 35 points in Super Bowl 57, the most by a winning team in Super Bowl history. That defensive performance would likely have lost all 56 previous Super Bowls, as no team won giving up that many points before. Clearly he is a passable defensive coordinator on the right team, good enough to be a game manager of the defense and get it through with the type of gentleman's C's that will be good enough with the best QB in the game and the best play caller in the game lighting up the offense. But overall, Spags is a guy who was there and got a free ring. He is a Trent Dilfer of defensive coordinators.

You look it up and while you're at it read about:

A loophole once used by Belichick and the Patriots was used successfully against them in the Wild Card game by former Patriot and Titans head coach Mike Vrabel

You can't explain the rule either?

Andy Reid, Patrick & that "system" are just that good. Sean Payton is gonna find out soon enough .

Elite players/elite coaching, KC will always have a shot at winning. Even with a middle-of-the-road DC like Spaggs. But hey I give him credit, he is finding a way.

You can't deposit excuses if you want those Lombardi's .

Nah.

That defense had Cam Jordan, Will Smith, Jonathan Vilma, Curtis Lofton, Jabari Greer, Malcolm Jenkins, and Roman Harper. Spags system wasn’t working here.
